We understand that tuition and fees can be a burden for many families, which is why we offer a variety of payment options to make our services more accessible. We are committed to supporting our students in any way possible and strive to create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment.

Tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is due on June 1, 2023.
As a requisite of enrollment, a tuition contract must be signed by the family and kept on file by the school. By signing the tuition contract, parents understand that they are liable for the entire tuition amount for the school year regardless of whether they attend the school for the entire school year. By agreeing to pay tuition and fees to the school, families also understand that Smoke Rise Prep will be entitled to recover from families its reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing the tuition agreement and all outstanding principal and interest then due and payable, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 13-1-11.
All tuition and fees paid to SRP are nonrefundable.
We offer installment payments as a courtesy to families who wish to pay over the course of the school year. Full tuition is assessed in your FACTS account at registration, and each payment reduces the total due.
Annually ($300 refund):
Full payment of tuition is due by June 1st
Bi-Annually ($150 refund):
50% tuition is due by June 1st
Remaining 50% is due December 1st
10 Monthly Payments:
Payment 1 due June 1st
Payments 2-10 due August 1st through April 1st
$5 Installment fees will be charged for each installment payment
Automatic withdrawal will be the only means of payment accepted for monthly plans
The $300 annual registration fee will be refunded for all families who pay tuition in full by June 1st. Half of the registration fee ($150) will be refunded for all families who pay tuition in two payments.
All families will be required to set up a payment plan through FACTS Tuition Management System, without exceptions. FACTS is responsible for collecting all tuition and incidental charges each school year. FACTS charges a $50 setup fee for Monthly installment payments and a $25 setup fee for Annual/Bi-annual payments. They will assess this fee when you set up your account.
A credit card payment option is available; however, FACTS charges a processing fee of 2.75% for credit card payments. In order to avoid paying the processing fee you will need to link your checking account to your payment plan.
Failure to remit payments in a timely manner may result in a late fee, and, if consistent, student withdrawal from the school. Official transcripts, student referrals, textbooks, and/or report cards will be held until tuition payments are current or an alternate payment plan has been approved by the Executive Director.
