G-Lab: Egg Drop


GACA came out to do a special lab extending on topics our 4th and 5th graders have been studying in science: momentum, force, motion, energy, drag, push, and pull. Students brought in recyclable materials and worked individually to create a container for an egg to survive a 15 foot drop. Afterwards, students debriefed and discussed why certain containers were more successful than others. These mini scientists were amazing!
